Graduated: North Texas State University, Denton, Texas with a BA in  English. Paid for much of tuition by performing magic act at Six Flags Over Texas in nearby Arlington.
1965-1968: Professional magician based in New York City.
1968-1980: Theme parks:
Astroworld, Houston, TX - Director of Live Shows 1968-70
Carowinds, Charlotte, NC - Operations Manager 1970-73
Magic Harbor, Myrtle Beach, SC - Director of Development 1974-75  
Marriott’s Great America, Gurnee, IL and Santa Clara, CA - Live Shows Production Consultant 1976-80.
1978-1990: Owned and operated Panorama Productions Inc., an audiovisual  production company in Charlotte, NC.
1990-1996: Employed by Showtek Corporation, Arlington, Texas, scripting. producing, and directing shows for theme parks in Atlantic City, NJ, Las Vegas, NV, and Seoul, Korea.
1996-2000: Writer and Associate Editor for MAGIC magazine.
2000-2005: Editor of MAGIC magazine
2005-2008: Editor of M-U-M magazine for the Society of American Magicians.
